Hi there!

After years of putting on weight, failed dieting, diagnosed with IBS and hormone disorders, I decided to take her health into my own hands.

It wasn't until I found Yoga that the real transformation started to happen and much to my surprise it became less about the scale and more about my relationship with myself. I decided to stop beating myself up and start cheering myself on.

I now enjoy an Ice cream on Sunday date night with my husband, and have my favorite foods on occasion without feeling guilty. I love helping people develop a healthy relationship with food, and themselves through the principles and lessons of Yoga.
